The issues began early and never stopped. Members of their crew were openly speaking negatively about the company on-site, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and quality. The engineered drawings did not match what the salesperson, Jacob, presented on the day of the sale, including the layout they were supposed to install. It became clear very quickly that what was sold was not what was actually feasible. During installation, my property was damaged including both the siding and the roof. While I was eventually reimbursed, that doesn?t excuse the carelessness. On top of that, the crew left trash and metal clippings scattered all over my yard and deck, creating both a mess and a safety hazard. The delivery process was

Stay away from Empire Solar Solution. Signed a contract in May and still didn't get solar in November. Never answered calls and texts. Don't waste your time and money.

Do not trust Empire Solar, my installation has been completed for over 60 days and the power has yet to be switch over to solar. It is almost impossible to talk to anyone at Empire Solar so do not ever expect you calls or texts to be returned. Empire Solar did not complete the switch to solar and when I call the electric company, I was told that all the paper work and fees have not even been paid. Empire Solar will steal your money and not complete their job. Do not trust Empire Solar, all they want is your money, they care what happens afterwards. The project is not complete until you are able to start using solar power.

This company is fast, expertly and professional. They guide you every step of the way. The APP is great & shows you exactly what you save. Wonderful step toward eco friendly living.

Working with empire solar was a great experience. Nore and Gina were wonderful! Within a few weeks of meeting with Nore, I had my solar panels installed and turned on. They are knowledgeable and honest. I am looking forward to generating my own electricity and eliminating my electric bill.

On 4/21 I contacted the building department to double-check the permit. EMPIRE SOLAR NEVER HAD A PERMIT TO PUT PANELS ON MY ROOF. They were also supposed to have a structural engineer check my roof, which is leaking after the install, and sign off. That never happened. So Empire got paid in full, I have no idea if the panels are safe on my roof, and now I have to hire a structural engineer. These guys either have no clue what they are doing or they do not care. It is just wrong to leave a family in a position where they do not know if they are safe under their own roof.

These guys gave me a price that was by far the lowest estimate I receivedc (out of 6 estimates). They were accurate in their scheduling of the work, it was efficiently and neatly done in a day, and once the spring came, my solar production was above and beyond my usage. I have not paid more than the basic electic company's $20. month sice April. I may go a tad over this month, as the production is lower in winter, but I'm very pleased to be producing what I need. Since my bills O & R bills are so much lower, I am appluying it to my loan, and paying it off more quickly.
