Luis promptly contacted me same day; set up apt to inspect work and provide quote; he showed up literally at the promised time; came back also at promised time and did the job cleanly and well. No clean up required. Super polite. Answered questions. I will go back to them if I need window work. (This project involved replacing cracked double paned aluminium window frame and replacing various parts on other frames so they tracked properly). No complaints.
