They were very professional . They did an excellent job.on my pool. Iâ  m very pleased overall. I highly recommend this company.

Do not hire, talks a big game, but we have had algae every week of care with Empire State. We fired them. Contact excuses about why every week it got worse and worse, with him belittling me and trying to act like he was a great experienced technician. Matt, the owner, and technician never once vacuumed, in 6 weeks, the Pool would get filthy. One day hundreds of bugs were floating on the surface right after a service. I honestly think this guy is either the worst technician we have ever had or an arrogant fraud. He also charged our card more than our agreed-upon price. If you want a 5-minute service resulting in a green pool, bugs everywhere, and scum all over your tile, Empire State is your company.

I hired the services of this company, they came the first time they put the chemicals in and said that I had to wait two days to clean it, they agreed to finish the job again but before that he demanded the payment and I paid him, a tremendous mistake because for what came I had to call him on several occasions which did not answer me or my messages and when they did it was with an excuse and what would come and it is still the time that I am waiting for him to come to finish the work once he was paid and he did not return anything Nor has he answered my text messages, I do not recommend it.

I called and left Matt a message. With in 5 minutes he called me back. I needed to have the work done ASAP and Matt fit me the next day. I definitely will use Empire State Pools the next time I need some work done.

Matt salvaged my pool and balanced my chemicals after a prior pool company had neglected it. Matt and empire pool is A++ work!

I called because my previous pool maintenance provider had failed me. I promptly received an excellent response regarding what they intended/needed to do to clear the issue. They came when promised. And the follow up was great. The cost was reasonable for the service provided.

Hired empire pools after previous pool contractor created issues with the pool. Issues have gotten worst and are not being addressed by Matt from empire pools. Arrived home today to find a half month refund check , no explanation was provided. After attempting to reach Matt, I received a text message explaining that he could not meet me and it would probably be a good idea for me to just look elsewhere. Since Matt and Empire pools have begun servicing my pool, there are now marks all over the surface of the pool which were not there prior to their hire, and Matt says he is not responsible.

Matt is terrific. Fast and dependable. I've had this service for one month.

Matt has a plethora of knowledge and experience. Always is contactable with any questions I ve ever had. Very satisfied!

We have been using Empire Pool Service for about a year and a half now. Our pool always looks crystal clean! If I have any questions, all I do is send Matt a text message...He almost always gets back to me quickly with a response! I think his pricing is very reasonable. Service is great! I highly recommend this service!

Matt is great at his profession, I had a issue or question with the pool equipment (which he did not install) and Matt was helpful, knowledgeable, and was willing to help change some advance settings to resolve my concerns. Matt was knowledgeable and answered every question professionally. It was a very good experience and would do it again so I recommend them to you. My pool quickly went from 82 to 87 degrees and am thrilled as we have company coming soon and will be able to swim at will.
