The most horrific experience I have ever had with a contractor. DO NOT hire this person. He refused to give his insurance when I asked for it initially. And then after he caused damage to my property and the people below my property, he refused to give insurance as well. After he caused all the damages, he claimed that he was recording our phone calls, even though I did not give permission, and tried saying that I said things that I did not. The people below did not want him fixing the property, when he caused damage to it unless he gave his insurance beforehand. He refused. I could not advise further against this contractor. I tried to be reasonable and gave him over 2 months to try to pay for the damages. The way he handled his damages and his mistakes, you really should never hire this person. Feel free to message me as well if you have any questions. Do not make the mistake I did. Please.
