Legit company maybe, but a professional should be able to provide a project estimate based on professional house plans. After all, its an estimate, not a final work order. Sad.

Salesman was superb but the 50/50/50 sale they advertise was a little misleading. Only their low end carpet and vinyl was available for that promotion Update: They only provided the quote, but didn't show up to do the installation.

Installers did not speak English well, but they were very polite and good workers. They arrived on time from Atlanta, about 85 miles away, then found that the carpet had been cut short. Had to return the next day. The carpet turned out very nice. The poor installers were stranded at my house until 10:00 PM when their truck would not start and a tow truck arrived from Atlanta. It would have made more sense to send installers from Chattanooga, half the distance. But the carpet is nicely done.
