Project: Install or Replace Blinds or Shades
After I had the order done for what I wanted. It was 9 weeks before they were hung. Called the person who wrote the work order several time. One time he said that he talked with the person who was put in the blinds. That was 2 weeks prior. Did not bother to call myself. Did call there customer service after the blinds were hung. The person I talked with. Did not care for what was said. She said that it was a special order. That that takes time to make. No one kept myself in the loop on what was going on. They have called several time after the work was done. I told them what I thought of there work. Do not call back.

Waste of my time they showed up for the appointment and informed us they didn't do shutters anymore. They tried upsell other products.

Empire installed a type of carpet that is hypoallergenic, helps with smells and doesn't absorb liquids. It looks great and feels soft on our feet in spite of being so durable. Empire claims to be the only company that has it and it is great for pet owners. Installation was quick and the installers were courteous. The representative who initially came to our home was nice and was helpful. We originally wanted laminate flooring, but it didn't work out due to the settling of our old house. We were offered a good alternative at a good price
