Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles Installation
They wanted more money to re-do the sub floor (not part of the original contract)

Prompt and courteous. I felt they were slightly overpriced, but I guess it is what it is.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
The sales rep Sandy goes out of her way to listen to your needs and ideas when building a custom home and to us that means a lot. We even went as far as calling her to do another job for us which will be done 1st and the remainder of the house will be done when other contractors are completed. Note: we are on their schedule so I don't know the quality of the install until later on. I felt it was necessary to tell how the rep made us feel comfortable.

Nice carpet, you have to negotiate the price, what they quoted was too high. Professionally installed and looks great!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
The sales rep was very nice; answered all of my questions. He even called after the installation to answer any additional questions I may have had. The installation crew did an amazing job. They cleaned up afterwards. Except for the new floor, you couldn’t tell they had been there at all.
