Very pleased. The quote was very competitive and they were able to start work soon to fit my schedule. Install was completed on time and work done well.

My project had mixed results, although I have friends with good results from Empire. The finished product (luxury vinyl tile in the kitchen) looks great! The process - not so great. The installer didn't arrive til 4:30 pm; didn't leave my house til 10:30 p.m. There was a mismatch between the sales rep and the installer about the work required. I lost some frozen food that thawed because they ended up in a cooler too long. I am asking the company for a reimbursement for extra work the sales rep said was needed that the installer said was not needed and didn't do. Customer Service did follow up with this.

Their workmanship was excellent. To date they have not yet adjusted the billing and have overcharged me. I can't seem to talk to anyone that can help and am ready to take them to the States Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I am so frustrated because the bill is now due and it is the wrong amount. I regret hiring them, and will NEVER use them in the future.

Overall I'm satisfied with the finished product of my hardwood floor installation. My house looks very elegant now. We had a dissatisfaction with the customer but Empire Today redeem that glitch. I would hire Empire Today again, but I now have hardwood floor throughout.

Easy scheduling, fast installation and beautiful new carpet.

They delivered what they said they would, quick install and beautiful laminate flooring, just a little expensive, but they did a great job and fixed a couple things without hesitation.

Empire had a Mother's Day special. We called and set up an appointment. The rep was pleasant and knew her carpets. We narrowed it down and finally chose one. The installer and his "helper" came on time and did a good job in a timely and professional manner. There was a bit of discussion over the price, but in the in end it we reached a slightly high but fair decision.

1) They showed up twice and walked away without doing the job (until we took care of some issues - all legitimate, but would have been nice to know about BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP!) 2) Their sales people will say anything to get the deal. 3) Their contracted flooring guys are exactly that - they do not work for Empire. Be aware of that as you will have foreign nationals in your home. 4) the work was poor, with huge gaps between the hardwood and the walls (which the molding couldn't cover) 5) if your floor is uneven, do NOT hire them, as they have no clue how to even out a floor 6) a five hour project, 1 hour for sales guy and 4 hours for installation turned into over a one month fiasco, thousands of dollars spent, hours upon hours on the phone, damaged appliances, damaged walls, and so much more. I would not wish this experience on even my worst enemy.

We hired this company to do the flooring in three bathrooms and the kitchen/dining area. When the sales rep was at our home we pointed out several issues with sub-flooring. We were informed Empire Today could do the work and put in knew flooring. However, when the contractor showed up to do the job they informed me they could not do the sub-flooring. In addition to the issue with the sub-flooring the three individuals that showed up to do the work did not speak enough English to communicate with me. They had to call their manager when I started asking questions. It was not a great experience and I will not be using them again.

Simple straight forward, no run around. Installers worked fast.

On time and work was exceptional.

They need to be more organized - I paid for upstairs and downstairs carpets to be replaced - they came and installed the upstairs and did not install downstairs - so I had to call about 5 times, between sales and installation departments, to have them complete the job - not too happy about that part.

The installation was quick and they did an excellent job.

Workers were friendly and more than willing to help make everything perfect. Their attention to detail was appreciated. All in all, a great job.

Sales rep was informative and thorough. Workers were friendly and efficient. Customer service was patient with us because we had to reschedule installation when the first team discovered our sub floor had water damage and they couldn't complete the job.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and personable; installers were pleasant, arrived on time and worked very efficiently for the entire time they were here (they installed wood flooring in 3 rooms). I would request the sales rep and installers again if I order more services from Empire because I know how the work will be done from ordering to installation.

Installer was very professional. Did his job well, and took lot of time to reduce number of cuts in carpet!
