They hire third party for carpet installation. Those people did great job . Cost wise I think it went ok just felt pressured to make a decision right away . I think Ray was great, it’s just company’s policy seems off a little .

Not impressed with the overall service. The carpet installers used our bathroom and did not cleanup. They left the toilet and sink dirty. Carpet remnants were left around as well.

Booked them to do a job that the salesman assured me the team would complete in 1 day. Day of installation, and only 1 guy showed up, said he was the only one booked to do the job, and there was no way to finish in a day. Then, he tells me that what we ordered wouldn't work, so we would need to reorder and pay for different materials. Overall, I'm not happy with this company that's been around for 70 years
