Sales went smooth but there was a miscommunication between him and the company. They no longer can reinstall a pediastool sink after instillation so we had to figure it out. The installers were quick and super nice!

Only problems I had was a small bit of missing trim in the hallway and the glue gun they used was set on my kitchen counter and left on. Fortunately, I noticed it and was able to save my kitchen counter from permanent damage, but my counter was pretty darn hot.

The installers were fantastic and quick. The company itself was difficult to deal with, terrible with customer service. At the end of the day we are happy with the product and this company definitely gave us the best price for pre- finished hardwood.

Great job. Only complaint is dealing with the company through a call center and not the local installer. When I called to confirm as per email instructions I reached a rep who thought and tried to convince me that I needed to change my appointment, She finally agreed to check with the local installer, so I did not have to change my appointment.

Brian, who removed the old carpet and installed my new floor was great! There was a problem with the sub-flooring, but he told me exactly what needed to be done. I painted the sub-floor with two coats of Kilz and the problem was solved. A one day job turned into three days. Brian was great! My dogs even liked him!

Sales rep was not responsive after I discovered he charged me more than the 10% down and I was charged full amount twice. Finally had to call service center and they have logged ticket to reverse double charges.

The installers, Francisco and Pablo , did and excellent job . They were professional and went above and beyond the expectation. There was some miscommunication and I was promised several things that were not followed through in the end. Make sure that you know exactly what you want and are getting and read through all paperwork so that it matches your expectations. Also , when I called to say that I had decided to hire another company all of the sudden they knocked off almost $600.
