I purchased laminate floors and carpet from your salesperson on Monday 5/8/2017 and was told that the laminate would be installed on Friday 5/12/2017. I received a call on Friday afternoon, after spending the morning at home waiting for someone that they had delivered the wrong material and that the floors would be installed on 5/13/2017. I received a call at 645 AM on Saturday morning 5/13/2017 that they had again delivered the wrong material, but they may be able to install a different type of laminate today. At 745 AM I received another call that said that they couldn't deliver the other material either and did not know when they could install the floors. This has been extremely frustrating and I'm about to cancel my order. The manager could care less that I've missed two full days of work because of their incompetence. TERRIBLE customer service.

The salesman promised to have it installed on Tuesday and it wasn't finished until the following Monday. Also the salesman took my credit card number and was supposed to take a down payment of $1300 but instead took the full amount of $5300 and then didn't answer my calls. The installers were good but did take Friday off work

The installers spoke very little english so communication was a bit tough. The initial calls to Empire were time consuming so the team stood around for a bit while my payment was accepted - that was no fault of the installer. The installers were efficient and professional. They also moved heavy furniture, including a piano out of the way and placed it back where I requested. Floor looks great!
