Language barrier, as workers did not speak English. Spots left on hardwood floor from rubber mallet. Floor is beautiful and price beat competition by $1,000.

Cancelled first installation and changed to next day. Installer supervisor refused to move piano and TV, even though sales representatives stated they would. Installers spoken little to no English, but did excellent and fast work.

The rep was great. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed the range of their products and allowed me to pick what met my needs and budget. They scheduled and installed within 3 days of placing order. I was also able to change me order without any issues. The rep was also able to offer discounts. I had mid grade carpets and engineered hardwoods installed

All aspects of the carpeting job were EXCELLENT; and the prices were competitive with other carpeting businesses. And the workers who did the job were very respectful and efficient and did a great job of laying the carpet. And we really enjoyed the rep who came out to help us select the carpets and give us an estimate. This is a really professional business and we think you'll be happy with their work.

The salesman showed up at my bedtime with only one book for me to look at. He seemed to have been drinking. I picked one. Had to wait 3 weeks to get kitchen floor done. Work crew came and had the wrong flooring, many calls later, they installed a tile floor because what I wanted would take another 2 weeks. The boss said put it down, she may like it by morning. I still wanted laminated flooring and I stuck to it. 2 weeks later the crew came back and did a very good job on my floor, but the company in plain English stinks. The crew, later told me they quit working for them because it was utter caouste. The crew was wonderful but the company needs someone in charge.

These guys out of Memphis, TN came to Jackson, TN for three days and only have to finish one threshold and cut off a door. I found Empire on the Internet and had no idea they were within 80+ miles from me, but as a team they did an excellent job. We had all the carpet removed in most of the house and the wood floors make our home look so much larger. We are ready to retire and will enjoy the low maintenance and beauty of the floor. i was told would take less than three days to install both laminate and tile in my home but i took 7 days total and was delayed installing by one week. quality tile and laminate was good.
