    Empire Today only contracted one person to do the entire carpet job and it took him all day he didn't even stop for lunch. He didn't speak English and he plugged in his phone charger without asking and helped himself to the fridge and left cigarette butts outside in the front. He seemed upset that he was doing all the work himself. I called Empire customer service just to be told I had to be transferred to a line that went to voicemail and I never heard back. But the job got done and the quality of the carpet is good for the price.

    Our installers were the worst!! Made a mess of everything. Tore apart our closets treating our clothes like trash. A disgrace, especially when we were in the house the entire time they were installing and could have asked us to do anything. On top of everything, they disconnected our sleep number bed and at the end told us they didn't know how to set it up again, costing us extra money $$ on top of payment $$$.

    They wonâ t come it it is raining. They called me on the day of my appointment at 10am to re-schedule my appointment. The rain had happened earlier that morning and never came again which is very annoying. I was forced to re-scheduled my appointment and then called to confirm my day and they had not put it on the correct day I had asked. If I hadnâ t called to confirm I would have not been home for the installation people.

    Install was great, but the installers pulled a towel rack off the wall in our bathroom tried to repair it covered with towels and did not tell us that they did it. I have called Empire numerous times to resolve and keep getting told they will return call have not received callback and it has been 3 weeks so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Arizona ROC maybe that will light a fire under their A$$.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
