Installers were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Installers should have cleaned up better especially outside. Salesman did a good job...not high pressure.

The labor crew was superb and the result of their work was excellent. The one serious negative was Empires refusal of a full payment from my Home Equity Account.Had the work crew not been on site I would have cancelled the contract!!!!

Carpet looks great. The installers showed up on time, removed and hauled away the old carpet and installed the new carpet.

The carpet install part of the my project was 5 star. The vinyl part of my project was a bad experience. First they told me there was too much moisture to do the install so they took up part of the old floor and left. I received no follow up call, schedule time to come see it again or recommendations on resolving whatever the issue was. I had to chase their customer service for a week to get any answers. The installers came out again and found it was just over the mark for installation and they told me they didnt understand why the previous installer didnt remove the entire old flooring to help it dry. They then recommended I switch to Vinyl Plank (floating) rather then Vinyl tiles. Supposedly it was cheaper but I didnt get any difference in the price. In the end I'm satisfied with the end results but not happy on what it took to get me here. I might go back to them again for another carpet project.

Good product and price. Left some wall damage, nothiing serious. Didn't have anything to fill the gaps left on the bottom of the door frames.

Sales rep came out on Sunday. Had floors installed Friday and Saturday the same week. Quality install, moved furniture and disposed of old flooring.

They did a wonderful job. The carpet looks and feels nice.

It only took an hour to do the room - so they work quickly. The installer was careful to preview and postview the room with me - no surprises. They made sure I was aware of doors that needed shortened, etc.

They arrived with the wrong instructions for the flooring. Came with carpet and not enough laminate. Had wrong installation instructions. For the price that would be overpriced carpet. When we called to get work corrected they cancelled the contract.

I was told they could install my floors but when they got there and not on time( instead of 9 they got there at almost 3 in the afternoon) they said they can't install the floors because my existing floor went under my vanities which I knew but the man who did the consult said they would be able to go around them. Anyway the guys said they couldn't because they do flooring and are not contractors so they can't remove the vanities to do the floor so I waited all day just to be disappointed. I will never contact them again or recommend them. Be careful hiring them.

I immediately received a call from empire to set up an appointment. The salesman came and we discussed flooring and chose one. I signed a tablet contract and placed a small required down payment and set up the appointment for installation. When the workers arrived I was told that a sub floor must first be laid which was not planned for. The workers did not have the materials to do this with them. The salesman did not include a storage area in his diagram although he and I had discussed this area and I was told to have everything on the floor area removed so the flooring could be installed there also. The workers only had the materials in their van that the salesman had stated were needed. I tried to call the salesman and could not get an answer. One worker called the company and was told that I must contact the salesman. No response again. I talked with an empire employee representative and explained my great disappointment that supplies were not available and the work could not be done as scheduled. I was told that my complaint would be noted and I was given a number and informed that this would be escalated and someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have not heard from anyone. My flooring is not done. I am most disappointed.

The floors were great but they connected the wrong satellite cord back to my tv and my tv didn't work at all. I immediately called them 30 minutes after leaving my house and they said they would come back to fix it. Then I called a week later and told them again and they said they would call back. Now it's been about 2 months and I have not heard back from anyone.

Really good service work and carpet but price was a little more than I would have like to pay for one room

The customer service was excellent and the delivery installation was superb.
