Empire Tree and Turf

Another learning experience for me.

Very pleased. Cost was reasonable. Service was very good. After trimming and tree removal, all waste was cleaned up. Will hire again.

Gave me a great price and the clean-up of my and my neighbor's yards was quick .

The price is best in area, removed 14 trees, 12 shrubs, removed stumps, 2 days to remove and greeted by the owner. Would have been given 5 stars but driveway damaged though unsatisfactory repaired, 2 fence post barely reposted and stumps not thoroughly grinded but for the price Overall not bad.

Empire Tree responded immediately to my request for tree trimming. They may have had some equipment malfunction, so the yard was not left as clean as I was promised. Their pricing is on the high end, but I was happy with the work performed.

Just wanted to rid of a dead tree (50'- 70'...) in my backyard within 6 days or less. Empire Tree and Turf was the most responsive. I do think it was overpriced; but given the timeline, overall I was very satisfied with the service. (iip kik).

Empire Tree and Turf is prompt; Roy called immediately and the next day this amazing top notch crew came (8-10 gentlemen) with a brand new bucket truck and chipper. They are experts and amazing folks...all our neighbors were so pleased at how hard they worked, how efficient they were and how clean our street was when the work was completed. Several neighbors hired them on the spot while watching their amazing work and professionalism. Roy is an arborist that knows is stuff and is a fair, and genuine person. I just can not say how much my husband and I were impressed with this team of expert professionals. We are transplants from California and we can say from personal experience you will find no arborist better than Roy and I dare you to find a Crew of young gentlemen as qualified and professional as the Team from Empire Tree and Turf. We will call them to anchor our rare maple, recommend alternate plantings for the diseased trees they removed and for all other horticulture/aboriculture needs. They are just terrific!

The trees are down, I will give them that much. The damage left behind is the problem. They also knew they need the lift truck for this job. I have nothing to do with it being in the shop. They should have bowed out of this job. My neighbors mailbox is broken and their fence as well. I am play phone tag, with the owners and managers to see if they are really going to fix my awning which is laying on the ground out back, not to mention the corner of my roof and gutter that a tree fell on. I still have 13 more trees to cut down. Empire will not be the one cutting the rest of the trees.

Their work was prompt, well done with good attention to detail. The yard is all clean, the trees gone and can t say enuf good things about these guys!🎇

Very honest, polite to their customers and good with clean up. However, the crew did no repairs to your grass from where their equipment roughed it up.

I was very pleased with the job. They were prompt and cleaned up so well after they were through. Good price,too.
