They communicate well and let you know if there are any delays in meeting their appointment time. Once on site, the technician was efficient, explained what they were going to do and when done, suggested options without putting the 'sales pressure'. I would definitely use Empire again

From the day of the estimate, Ray and Manny were prompt to the appointment, professional, fair, honest and most importantly...did not throw any BS our way. We needed our sewer main repaired in two different spots...one was at a curve and the other was straight. The price they quoted seemed on the high side, but we also didn't have any other estimates to compare it to. We decided to hire them without shopping around just from their overall disposition. We were told to call anytime with any question that we may think of before the start of the job too. They came back within the week to start the project and again arrived on time. They worked diligently throughout the day. They didn't even want to stop for a lunch break! They practically ate while working!! They finished the job in the late afternoon and left the house as clean as they could. An unforeseen issue arose after they left with a clogged drain, but was rectified within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company, especially Ray and Manny. They left a lasting impression. I'd call them again for any future jobs.

Empire Water Main performed exceptionally well. I can not complain about the service provided. But I must say that the cost was staggering, but I had to get it done. So I was forced to did deep! Other than the cost issue, I am more than satisfied with the crew that did the work!

Both Tony and Andy were true professionals from the start. Tony made sure to not only do his job effectively and efficiently but he walked you through the process and explained it so that we non plumbers can clearly understand the issue with our pipes and what to look for. They were amazing and made sure to clean up all the mess made from the work😬🤪. No complaints here. I will see them again to complete a much needed job. They are our new go to plumbing team going forward for all our plumbing needs and I will be sure to recommend them to neighbors friends and all who is in need of a great plumber.
