Trees & Shrubs Treat, Protect and Maintain
I am an out of state landlord. I hired him to remove trees and shrubs in which I felt he quoted me a decent price. He said he completed the job. I had no reason to not believe him until I asked my tenant about it. I then sent a trusted friend of mine to review the work done. The tree he cut down was done well, but the other work had not been done. Therefore, I paid him for a partially completed job. As I am not local, I need to trust people I hire. I did not find him to be trustworthy.
