Brayden and his teammate are very thorough professional electricians. They fixed one power line at my house. They also diagnosed an issue from DTE, which DTE resolved in two visits of its technicians. Power at my house is now back to normal. Brayden did show me some corrosion inside the panel, which I’ll have to get addressed. I’ll look no further than Brayden for all future electrical works.

Called Brayden at Encore Electrical Services on a Sunday evening when our Tesla Wall Connector was reporting low voltage and lights were flickering on one leg of our service. He left his wife’s birthday party to come help, that alone tells you the kind of person he is. He methodically tested the Wall Connector, main panel, and meter, ruled out every customer-side cause, and correctly isolated the fault to the utility side (turned out to be a blown transformer fuse on DTE’s end). Without his clear diagnosis I’d have been chasing the wrong problem for days. Brayden had also originally installed our Tesla Wall Connector, and that work held up perfectly under fault conditions, speaks to the quality of his install. Fair pricing, honest, technically sharp, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
