The whole crew from Encore was extremely friendly and professional with us on our project. They provided us with the background information on the installation process of our retaining wall that gave me the utmost confidence in the quality of their work. They made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the project both aesthetically and structurally, and they completed the project extremely efficiently. We now have a beautiful retaining wall and a flat and usable back yard full of green grass! I would absolutely work with Encore in the future.
