I had my garage painted, and one of the walls turned out very poorly (see picture 1). When the Encore painting team came out to fix the job, they painted the wall the wrong color (picture 2). Throughout this journey, Encore has cancelled and rescheduled on me more than 5 times. I would encourage you not to use this company. If you do, be sure not to pay Chris until you have thoroughly examined the work. This is because there is no urgency to correct any mistakes that they make. I hired Encore Painting to paint my garage in February 2025. It is now March 2026, and they still have not fixed the job. My garage is still the wrong color. Don?t be fooled by the good reviews. They are survey sharks. They hassle you to give a 5 star review.

The Encore Team did a great job. They were on time, clean and performed high quality work. We also liked that they offered suggestions that improved the final outcome. The price was exactly what we were given as the proposal with no surprises.

Very professional, fair pricing, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I would highly recommend them and I will also use them for other projects that I have.

My wife and I met with Kirt Kinser to get an estimate on the project. He was very easy going, laid back and straight forward with us. He worked with what we wanted and didn't try to give us ideas unless asked for his opinions. He is very easy to work with and we didnt encounter any issues with him or crew. We liked his professionalism and promptness. We loved the fact that he has a larger crew then everyone else we met with and the job was completed in two days when all others told us at least 4 days. His quotes was also cheapest of all other estimates. They did a Great Job on the house and cleaned up everything as well!

They were very upfront about all costs and contingencies. While not the cheapest of the bidders, the service was top notch, they took the job on short notice and completed it quickly. The rooms look great.

They did a fabulous job. The crew were polite, professional and showed up on time everyday. The crew did their own walk through everyday looking for touch up areas and encouraged us to do the same. Everyday before they left, they would ask our opinions on the work done. They even started earlier one day to accomodate an early appointment scheduled long before we had decided to paint our house. They took the time and care to protect my wood floors and my furniture. I would definitley recommend them and I am already planning another job for them to do. Chris and his team surpassed my expectations!

We hired Encore for exterior painting and repair of wood on chimney and several windows. They gave an accurate quote and when they ran into a bit of unanticipated repair they let me know first and told me what it would cost. The additional cost was minimal and the repairs were all completed. They had a large crew and finished a big job in only a day and a half.

Came on time. Explained scope of work clearly. Provided detailed quote. Personnel were clean and careful with their work. Addressed issues I found, quickly and completely.

worked with Chris Kinser. He was very attentive and responsive. The work looks fine, but they were sloppy and attention to detail not that good. Chris bent over backwards to resolve things but it wasn't worth the trouble to have them fix the areas i feel were missed. On the whole the job looks good - only i can see the areas that are missed.

A job well done ..... probably best value in terms of cost and results in the metroplex. I have more interior painting in the future and will use these professionals again.

Very Professional! A detailed quote is provided the day the job is discussed. Painters came on time and left on time. When I discovered a door that was skipped during the painting, I called Kirt and he had his men at my house the next day.

On time, excellent communications, actually finished under contract estimate even though some repairs to walloard were more extensive than planned. The whole project was professionaly done from estimate to cleanup. We plan to call them back to paint the outside.

The owner of the franchise, also the estimator, was very professional. He was able to print up the proposal on the spot. His painting crew was very thorough and extremely courteous. They took extra care to protect the things that needed protecting and were constantly looking over their work to see what needed touch ups. They also vacuums and swept all area they were involved in before leaving the house. It was an exceptional experience!
