Brian did a fantastic job installing our roof. He was easy to work with and offered the best price in our area. He was also very accommodating with a few changes we requested and came up with creative solutions for our odd shaped roof. Highly recommend. We are very pleased with the results.

Been needing a new roof for a while and after the last roofer’s job left me with a leaky roof I didn't have much faith roofers. But after dealing with the leaks for a while I said to heck with it and started looking around and I ran across Encore Roofs and I took a shot with Brian and the guy was super nice and came out for free and did a estimate and gave me some information that I had idea about including why my roof was leaking from the last guys job. So I knew I was dealing with a honest guy and I’m glad I went with him. He even helped me out with a side project I was doing by hooking up some exhaust fans ducking hose and even made the hole in the roof and put a vent over it for me. I really appreciated that. Overall the roof looks amazing and it only took them 2 days and didn’t leave a single bit of trash or material. Overall I highly recommend Encore Roofs and if I ever have any more roofing needs I’ll definitely hit up Brian again.

Reasonable price | $8,000–10,000 We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Brian Kinnaman and his family team at Encore Roofs. From the very first phone call, it was clear we were dealing with professionals who genuinely care about their customers. Encore Roofs did a excellent job on repairing my roof. I will not hesitate to use them again. Brian and his son completed the job in 2 days. Brian is personable, honest, and explained the issue and resolution. My roof has leaked since we purchased the house, and per the neighbors, since the house was built. The house has two different transition pitches on two different sections of the roof. The older part of the house was designed wrong and had no flashing. The newer add-on had transition flashing that was installed wrong. I talked to 3 companies as to how they would remediate the issue. One gave a quote over the phone via a satellite view only. Encore roofing and the other company met with me in person. Encore Roofs' repair design made sense, has a 10 year warranty on the work, and was competitive priced. The other companies only had warranties on a new roof. Encore Roofs replaced the ridge cap, put in a ridge vent, put in transition flashing on the older part, replaced the transition flashing on the newer part, fixed the roof rake, re-screwed the older part of the roof, and removed the old roof debris. Brian's innovative design eliminated the foam (that dry rots with age) under the transition flashing and the ridge cap. Brian also gave me the option to keep the left over new flashing and ridge cap. The completed work looks great.

Encore Roofs was awesome! They responded to our request for an estimate next day and came when they told us they would be there. Brian is very professional, polite and answered all our questions. He helped us with our material choice and sent our estimate quickly. We did not even bother getting another quote as we were confident he was our guy. Gave us a time frame that he would be there to install our roof and keep in contact with us all the way. We are delighted with our beautiful new roof.
