While I am very happy with the Sunroom. A few pieces of hardware were missing. After a few phone calls I gave up. Now one of the screens are torn (by dog). I've been calling for 3 weeks to have someone replace the screen (at my cost) and give me an estimate to put in a glass door. No one calls me back. I keep getting the run-around. So now I have called someone else to help me with the screen.
