He was brought in by Deep Blue Pools (thanks to Drew) to install a new pool heater for me, and from start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service were top-notch. Not only did he handle the installation flawlessly, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through extra maintenance tips and troubleshooting ideas. When I had a small panic moment over a leak at the salinator, Travis calmly diagnosed the problem, suggested the right fix, and recommended replacing the housing — which completely solved the issue. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to explain things clearly, making sure I understood every step. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Travis came out to replace our pool controller, and after two hours of troubleshooting—including swapping out the controller—he discovered the real issue was a broken connection in a communication cord, not the $2,000+ controller we had already agreed to replace. He could have easily moved forward with the replacement and we would have been none the wiser, but instead his honesty, professionalism, and integrity truly stood out.
