The guy actually showed up to do the job, he knew the task at hand and did a great installation of sod in the area where my rock garden was, wanted it removed and sod put down to make it a lawn again.

The French Drain for which they were hired to install was initially going very well and I was happy with the work being performed. When I expanded the project to include landscaping, pavers, and a deck, things went wrong. I was notified that a permit was needed for the deck being installed and the company refused to pull the permit while making a number of excuses as to why they did not think it was necessary. The town confirmed that the permit was required and the landscape company tried to convince me to pull the permit in my own name and take full responsibility for the work being done despite me having no building experience. The deck was never completed and is now a hazard in my yard. I also have a pergola that was never installed sitting in a box in my garage. Mulch was never added to my flower beds and the pavers were not treated with the acid wash necessary to keep them clean. Nothing was completed in the project and I will now need to hire someone else to complete the work that was not finished.
