Hired to install new liner. Was told 2 weeks, took 2 months before they showed. Zero customer service had to continually call or text for updates on the job... I finally contacted the liner manufacturer myself to find out the liner was backordered. I chose a different liner and it was shipped promptly, yet stillno word from kinkan. Eventually they showed and took a week to install liner after originally telling me 1 days. Then the real fun began! Our pump was burned up and the pool company (I obviously went with someone else at this point) said that they believed the liner guys left it on and ran it dry after using it to pump out the remaining water. 1200 dollars there! Now I await another repair as the pool is leaking and they suspect they didn't seal around the skimmer or light....

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
This was the most professional service that we have ever used. The foreman helped install our pool in 1985 with another company. The workers were very skillful and kept everything clean around the yard. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

From the initial contact ..very professional ,timely and efficient maintenance on a very difficult pool that had been poorly maintained before the close of last season. Perfect BRING IT BLUE process ! Weekly maintenance has the water sparkling! I would highly recommend this company, Justin and his crew are the Best! *****

There was very poor communication. There was a contracting agent and a laborer. The laborer did not seem to get any instructions from the person giving me the estimates. I did not get the project complete. They took out a gate and did not replace it. They said they would not be able to finish until December.

He would get 6 stars for VALUE FOR THE MONEY, if I could give him that many stars! Repaired my pump, in my pool, at cost. He was able to be creative and did it a half the cost that others had quoted me. He is incredible. I recommend him all the time.
