When they came out, to do the estimate. They asked me questions about, what I was looking for and showed me different qualities of Finish that they offer. They showed me examples of some of their previous work and a list of customers that had work done by them. The workmen are professionals. They do an outstanding job and they are very clean and that process. I would definitely recommend them to someone wanting to refinish a hardwood floor.

PROFESSIONAL THOROUGH AND EXPEDIOUS

Unfortunately the final result was not good and the manager refused to go back to fix the problem. I will have to pay another professional to refinish the floors. As per the reviews here other people had better experiences and did not have to go through this. But if you don't get satisfied with results be prepared to go through a lot of stress trying to solve it. And eventually not having any support from this company. I gave up on trying.

Eric and his crew did a beautiful, beautiful job on our floor. They were nice, responsive, and extremely professional. They used a progressive sanding technique, were very detail oriented, and repaired existing imperfections in the old floor. The office was very helpful with my management and the insurance fast and reliable service .

The quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew was excellent. Eric was very helpful when he came to assess the floors. Gideon and his crew clean and tidy and were very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. It was a great value for the investment, and my floors look amazing!!! My only criticism, and it has nothing to do with the work performed, is that there were a few communication issues with the office and coordination of the project, these were all eventually worked out. I recommend them without hesitation.

The sales person inspired confidence that they could do the job. The workers were not at all up to the job. We had to watch them throughout the job and their workmanship was very poor. Paint was spilled, large drips of poly were discovered after the floors dried. I would never hire them again.

I had to get a couple of my boards replaced in both my bedroom and living room because of water damage. The estimator Eric was great help and explained what needed to be done and what was the best and affordable way to go because I had told him I had a budget. He helped me understand the process and answered every question I asked, and believe me did I ask a lot. The office staff were very helpful and kind. I got the work done quickly and the end result was amazing. I will be using them for all my future flooring projects!!

The sales on the front end was convincing and they came to do the work quickly. However, they insisted that full payment be made before I could walk on the floors to examine their work. As it turns out there were some flaws in their workmanship, but my biggest complaint is that they must have done something to my circuit breaker when they fed into it. Part of my home no longer has electricity and I do not know which breaker, for none of them are labeled nor flipped for me to figure it out. I have called just to know which breaker they used and no return calls.

eric was great. Came in at a reasonable price, and helped with stain color and choice. He did the work on time i needed it for the day after and the house was REALLY CLEAN after! They did a great job of cleaning up. it all happen so fast I've recommended him to friends who were also happy.

Wood Floors by classic did a great job.

Very pleased with the work. They sanded, stained and 2 coated my 800sq ft apartment in one day. Only minor point would be to seal off rooms not being sanded (in my case kitchen and bathroom). Dust manages to get everywhere.
