Bob was wonderful as the sales rep to come out and explain and answer every question that my wife and I came up with. Extremely knowledgeable. The crew that came out was courteous and clean and an excellent job of prepping areas to ensure there was little to no mess at all. I highly recommend energsmart for your insulation needs.

We hired Energsmart Insulations to insulate 2 sides of our house because of some rather loud neighbors. Their price was very reasonable, they even bumped our project date ahead of their schedule because of how loud they were. Once they started the project they found that all of our plywood between the siding and studs were beyond rotted. They even showed my wife and I that some of the siding was not even nailed to anything because of how bad the rot was. They could of easily just injected the insulation under the rotted plywood but they told us they do not feel comfortable doing that because it would all torn our when we reside. We decided not to do the installation because of the unforeseen rotting issues and I really appreciated their honestly. They could of just did the work, put the siding back on and we would never have known the extend of the problem. Once we get our house resided I would definitely go with this company to insulation our home.

I felt that the communication between the office and my home could have been better. They didn't have my paperwork and didn't call to check back with me . I had been waiting for a month for them to show up and do the job. My first contact with them was in March but the work wasn't done until July. I had to call them to ask what the problem was. That's when I found out they didn't have my paperwork. The work itself seems to have have been done well. And the workers were friendly and hardworking. The estimator spent a lot of time with me to be clear on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
