STAY AWAY!!! I had no say when the solar company I went with used this company to install my solar. At first Dominic (the owner) seems friendly and well spoken. After I had my system installed I received no documentation on pricing. I found that strange and I also found out that there was some shady negotiations going on between Solar Solutions and Energetic Electric. I never got a finalized inspection of my solar system and to top it all off I can?t claim the Solar Rebate Tax credit because I don?t have the proper documentation to file with the state of New Mexico. As of this review I haven?t received any further communication from Dominic or Energetic Electric. If you have to do business with this company demand all paperwork upfront and don?t let him push you around. If anything changes I will update this review. J. [Consumer Name Removed]

Asked and received a senior discount on installation as I already had the product. First visit installer did not have laptop to download software and there were many hidden charges for extra wiring. Second visit job was still not completed and time and date was inaccurate on the recording. 3rd visit, installer announced upon arrival that "discount" had expired but as far as I could tell, I was still a senior citizen. The price went up by $45.00 an hour. Installer asked me for an ethernet cable and when I started to question him, he was easily offended and said he wouldn't mind charging me for one; another hidden cost. Installer then said he'd charge me for the one hour and I could hire someone else to finish the job. The date and time was never correctly set. A disaster from beginning to end; let the buyer beware. Have a feeling it would have been a whole different story had I bought the product from them.

Dominic is very knowledgeable about security cameras and was a great help,explaining how everything worked knowing I didn't know a thing about the system he made sure that I understood before he left... I recommend him and will be using him in the future to install a security system in my home
