Reviews
Write a ReviewThey do not know how to install a commercial unit. They do not know how to remove and haul away the old HVAC unit. I had to hire another company to finish and correct their work. Terrible company and Not knowledgeable.
This vendor successfully completed a major complex repair project on a mobile Playstation facility for SONY. The work was completed on time and within budget.
The problem was kept simple. The work was completed in a timely manner.
Sam was very honest. He advised us we did not need a brand new a/c that he could fix what was wrong with our old unit. We are renting an industrial building and have been paying the landlord for yearly service maintance of our a/c unit. Sam showed us the filter and pictures of the unit and how it had not been maintained in many years by our landlord. It is very nice to know there are still honest people out there like Sam. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way around.
Sam did a great job finding a solution to my problem and fixing it.
Consumer reports that she called in to just get a quote yesterday. The mechanic came in today, he gave me the quote, he said it would just cost about $400.00 for the whole thing, but once he got here, he broke down the pricing this way: I have a refrigerator mechanic is here, he's telling me that it will cost $120.00 for the service call, $174.00 for the labor, $100.00 for the part, but that doesn't include tax, I told him that it was ok to take a look and start it, he took the part with him to compare prices, and he also said that they charge $87.00/hour for the work, that is the $174.00 for labor. I am not comfortable with the pricing because I don't want to be overcharged in the long run. I did explain to him yesterday what I needed, but I didn't tell him everything that I needed that needs to be done with the refrigerator, but he figured it out. I just want to make sure that the hourly charge is correct, as well as me having to pay for the parts needed, but he did offer other options if my budget was tight. He is willing to work with me budget wise. He is extremely polite and helpful, I just want some reassurance that the charges he quoted are something normal that other consumers are charged for the same type of work. He found other issues that we were unaware of, and gave us helpful tips to keep our fridge running properly. Consumer agreed to have me submit a review about this contractor for her
It was just a simple problem that was fixed and he explained a lot things about my system that I didn't know.
Outstanding. Duane is the best HVAC professional I've ever worked with. He thoroughly explained the HVAC process and standard yearly preventative maintenance requirements. He also gave me a quick tutorial about my particular A/C unit and explained how to spot any early signs of malfunction in order to prevent future expensive repairs. Top notch, highly recommended.
job completed within agreed time frame
