At first this company was very friendly and the guys that came out were nice. The biggest problem they have is communication especially from the main office and don't bother trying to speak with the owner. An insulation job that should've taken a day max took a month. Day 1, the guys were late by hours and at the end of the day couldn't finish the job, had to reschedule. Day 2 which was a a week later, the generator that they used died and yes we had to reschedule again. Day 3, the finish the insulation and were not aware they were supposed to replace the attic fan as agreed with the office staff which was negotiated into the contract. So far I had already taken 3 days off work for this, I work in a hospital and only work three days a week which means I took off a week from work for this company. After about another 2 weeks of waiting for the fan to be fixed, I called to make the final payment and forget about the fan because I was tired of waiting. The same fan they i contracted out to a different company, was replaced way faster and at half the price this company was estimating me for with the replacement fan they were suggesting to use. Even in the process of insulating the attic, somehow my AC stopped working which I had to get another company to fix after 5 days of heat, only to find out it the switch was tampered with during the insulation and I had to pay for that too. I called to inform the company and they told me the owner would contact me about that. I even tried to contact the owner, who not only didn't return my call but sent me a letter saying the switch was not her company's fault that it was whoever else went into the attic that did that. My opinion, use a different company and learn from my mistake.

The company was very helpful on getting me through the steps of getting me through a energize ct rebate. The crew arrived on time and was very efficient and clean. It is a warm day an I am seeing positive results already

Thomas scheduled a visit within 48 hours with the customer to assess his energy efficiency needs. In this case the customer knew he was below D.O.E. (Department Of Energy) recommended R-value. We recommended to get the existing R-value from R3 to R49. Gave a fair price scheduled the installation within 2 weeks which enabled the customer to receive a 50% rebate of the cost of the project. (Customer name withheld per customer request) was a pleasant gentleman and was a pleasure to provide our services.
