My energy audit was performed by Ms Pascale Maslin. We are very pleased with the quality of service that she provided. Ms Maslin was very professional and the report listed opportunities for us to improve the energy efficiency of our home and detailed explanations of her recommendations. She was very helpful in pointing out areas that we could do ourselves, saving us a few dollars, and areas where we should consider getting professional help with. A few items she corrected on the spot. Prices were competitive. This audit was very valuable.

Pascale was professional and efficient. We received a detailed report and got just the information we were looking for -- would it be worth it to add insulation (answer yes). Pascale was also easy to schedule a time for audit.

Pascale was outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable. More importantly, we're on track to recoup the cost of the audit within a year by implementing the recommendations in the detailed report she delivered. We're recommending her to all of our friends and neighbors.

Although she did show me where there were some definitely holes in the perimeter of the house, am still, would still have liked a more comprehensive report for each room. And, she didn't have extensive knowledge on spray foam insulation, this was kind of disappointing.

My experience with Ms. Maslin was absolutely awful. She never gave me an invoice at the time of service even after I requested one. She took days to get back w/ me and promised to send me a check for $56.00 since July 3 and have yet never received the report or the check. This woman never communicated with me during the entire time she was in my house telling me what she was doing as she was doing it. She took 2+ personal phone calls during the time she was supposedly working in my home. She first quoted me $300 then on the day of service she up her price to $375 because she said my house was larger than I said. Dont hire this person.

Pascale was very informative and helpful during our energy audit. She explained everything she was doing as she was going along and answered all of the questions that we had. She provided us with a range of solutions to things we could do ourselves, as well as things she recommended getting professional help with. Our initial reason to get the audit was to lower our electrical bill, her initial findings did confirm a few of our suspicions of what was causing such high bills but she also pointed out several things that we would not have thought of on our own.

The value and expertise provided by Pascale of Energy Efficiency Experts was phenominal. Not only was her analysis thorough, clear, and easy to read, the prioritized list of recommendations has become the centerpiece for our "green" improvements over the next year-plus. What's more, the report was not just a "canned" document that everyone gets. It is clear that we received an individualized analysis. We are pleased to recommend EEE for energy and eficiency audits.
