The person did not meet the minimum standards,and he did not fix the unit so that it will produce heat the problem was not resolved.

"Mr. Hope called us out and approved a repair to replace a blower motor on 10/20/2021. The system ran fine. He recently called again and we came out Saturday 1/15/2022. On that visit, we determined that it was an electrical issue and he needed an electrician. Mr. Hope is an electrician by trade and he made necessary repairs and called me back out. We came out that very same day and determined that the control board was bad at that time. Now Mr. Hope is convinced that I should have known the board was bad in October, which I explained that the board and his furnace were running fine for 3 months and the problem is totally different. The problem was electrical and the board just went bad due to that issue. We understand Mr. Hope frustration but HVAC did everything we could do for him in this situation. Hopefully, we can resolve his issue by making the necessary repair or replacements. We pride ourselves on satisfying our customers."

Tyson was able to come out, in the late evening hours, to diagnose a/c problem . I really appreciate that he didn't put me off till next day or later in the week, especially since temperatures were going to be in the 90's for rest of week. End up replacing unit, but he was quick and efficient and I had a/c back & running in less than 48 hours. I've already recommended him to a neighbor.

The technician was great in explaining what he saw and what I needed done. I BELIEVE the service was outstanding, but I won t know for sure until the summer heat comes. It s been unseasonably cool this year, so it still remains to be seen how well the service was.
