Hired Daniel to replace three thermostats in our home. We wanted to install "smart" thermostats. He replaced one with no problems and quickly diagnosed that we needed an upgrade to the electronics in our damper system before he could install the other two thermostats. Have now waited four days now for his quote to upgrade the electronics so that we can finish this project. No response to my email. I would understand if he didn't want to do the project...just wish he would tell me.

I had called Daniel after reading good review on this forum.. and I am glad I did. He is very professional and came on time (on a Saturday) After he fixed the issue and had left the problem resurfaced. He came back immediately and fixed the problem and stayed for a bit to ensure the fix stayed fixed!. I did not shop around so I do not know if what he charged me is the going rate - it seems reasonable for the amount of time he spent. I am very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism and feel good about referring him

A1 had told me my heating and air conditioning systems were fried and needed to be replaced at a cost of $8000. The Energy Expert technician found a loose wire and fixed my system within 30 minutes at a cost of $50. Always good to get a second opinion before spending big bucks.

Daniel quickly determined the problem with my A/C unit and made the repair to correct shorted wires.

From the initial phone call, which came as soon as I hit send on the S.M. site, I was exceptionally impressed with Daniel. While working on the oven, Daniel explained every step as he took my oven apart and looked at it. Knowing I was on a tight budget, he even offered to order the part and have me install it myself if I wanted to. Unfortunately, the parts needed for my oven are on back order and could not be fixed before Thanksgiving. However, if I ever need any type of appliance work or A/C work, Energy Experts will be my first call. They were on time, polite and very knowledgeable.

Daniel is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He emphasized quality equipment and quality workmanship. We had a complete heating and AC system installed. His bid was slightly higher than other contractors, but I believe the final product was well worth the extra money. Daniel personally supervised the installation from start to finish.
