Energy Fencing

**BEWARE** I called Energy Fencing to install a simple white PVC door. Measure and install same day. They measured and installed the wrong size door, that did not fit. They drilled into the cement to secure the post, when they finished they patched the area with splattered black cement. I called the boss and told him the size and installation was not done correctly. He assured me that everything was going to be corrected. I told him when you install the correct size door make sure they clean the post area. The cement needed to be boxed off with white clean cement. 2 guys come back a few weeks later and install the correct size door. They patched the post again with sloppy cement. I called the boss again to complain about the sloppy job cement job on the gate post he said â this is how it is. The boss said I did the job and I didnt even take a deposit from you, and we also came twice. #1 I would have paid in full the day of measuring/ install #2 the job was not done correctly thats why they had to come back. I was stuck, talking to a â professional company telling me that a newly installed door should have messy patched cement. This is right way to finish a job leave a customers house. I did not negotiate his price or even ask for a discount. The workers threatened to rip down the door and take away everything if I dont pay in full. So I paid them and they never came back You decide if you want the same job I got.

Another fence company kept canceling my appointment for measurements and down payment.... very frustrating (Olympic Fence) . I Called Energy Fence they gave me a estimate within the hour..... a very fair price..... and installed and completed an expert PVC fence by the end of the afternoon! The fence looks just magnicant! I will use them in the future for any fencing needs and highly recommend them . I am a RN and they accommodated my need for diligence to remove my old fence and placement for a new attractive PVC white fence.

I hired Kenny to build a new gate on December of 2017, they put it in I noticed that it was not secure and they agreed to reinstall my old gate because he could not fix it and said that he would give me back $1000 and he agreed, he always tells me that he will come out and never makes it and never called, he keeps lying to me,

Their price to order only 8 ft of fence was well over $1200. So I tried to order it from home depot on 3 occasions myself. My price was well under $300. I was given the wrong info by them and failed to get the right product. Finally I decided to use my old fence. They installed it poorly, dug a quick hole and poured quick dry cement. And I had to ask them to do that. They never attempted to secure it. Very sloppy. They were quick to collect money and leave. They didn't care. Then the wind blew it down. I still to this day did not get an official receipt and when I called them back they now want to almost triple charge me. No guarantee on their work. I'm very disgusted!!!

It was great working with Energy Fencing to replace the fence in my back yard. They were prompt and answered all my questions. Showed up on time the day of the installation and when they were done they took away the old fence and cleaned up. I love my new fence and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fence company.

They missed one appointment,they left debris on my neighbors side of fence . They didn’t have basic tools with them to do the job.

Prompt response. Tom came out for quote and even beat my best price estimate. Gave half cash deposit and guys came out on a Sunday. Although they were late, they made up for lost time and got fence installed fast, however I had to have them re position a pole that wasn't aligned, they did so, no problem. A few days later when hubby returned, he checked fence and noticed that part of the fence was loose (which I had already pointed out to the installer Kenny immediately after install before I paid balance. I asked him to put a bottom rail to keep fence from being shaky, he told me he would return next day and fix it so I paid balance but here it is 2+ weeks later and he has yet to do so). SMH Update: Guys came out and installed heavy duty bottom pole instead of cheaper rail. Very satisfied. I will use and refer them again.

They returned my call the same day and set up a time to come and see the project. I got a proposal quickly with a good price for the job. They came on time the day the work was done with a crew of professionals that did a great job. I look forward to working with them again. Thank you Ken for exceptional customer service.
