Go ahead and price out your attic insulation project at the big box stores, and then contact Energy Monster and watch their price come in lower. They can buy in bulk and get reduced prices, which means your price quote will be lower than doing it yourself. Also, their high volume machine blows the insulation in faster than a hurricane! I hired them to insulate over the garage and total time was approx 25 minutes. Courteous professional installers. Wonderful customer service in their office. And I never had to break a sweat! Energy Monster is top-notch!

not finished on time as explained to me before the job. Management was very upfront and helpful. After completion, there were some issues with foam depth. Management agreed and came back timely and finished work to my satisfaction. Overall a good experience.

Blown In Insulation Install or Upgrade
The blown in insulation job was supposed to take a day but wasn't done for a week. First day Thursday was great, technicians are very friendly and professional. Couldn't get the job done so they would return early the next morning but didn't show until 11:30 and the left about 1:30 due to equipment issues. Calls and emails requesting update went unanswered until a short email on Saturday stating they may be able to get back on Monday. Received phone call from General Manager on Tuesday afternoon stating they would start again early on Thursday morning and he would personally be there. Work crew arrived about 10 on Thursday morning but General Manager didn't show. Job finally completed late on Thursday, a week after the start date. I guess if there are no issues during the job everything goes smoothly but if there's any issues, customer service/ management is not communicative and you've got to keep after them to an get any answers.

They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Gave me pictures of their work and explained thoroughly what they were going to do and why. It was a dirty job working under the house but they didn't complain and just got on with the job.
