I got my house roof done energy roofing and I was in the fence about my garage getting done. Nikki from Engery roofing has been such a great person to work with on my first project, I didnt hesitate to call her for my second. It's nerve racking having projects like this and the whole entire process was made easy because of her and her companies efforts. Definitely the best quality and the best service I have had. My roof is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Prior to doing business with Nikki, of Energy Roofing, I had signed a contract with another contractor to cover my home and garage with new roofing. Three months went by and no roofing even after countless calls! Upon cancelling their contract on 10/27/21, I authorized the go ahead of a new contract with Nikki (Energy Roofing). Her work crew came to my house bright and early on 11/08/21, and have nearly completed a FANTASTIC Job of replacing my old roofs with wonderful roofs and gutters for my home and garage!!!! The price was reasonable with a lot of BANG for the Bucks! Nikki was easy to work with and understood all of my requirements. Thank you Nikki and Energy Roofing - Job Well Done!

I am disappointed in myself for letting them sell me a color I did not want and disappointed in the sales rep for not listening to my needs and concerns. When you get your estimate do not assume what is needed will be done. Get something in writing after the roof is removed which spells out what they will specifically perform. Stating as needed before the roof is removed is not A guarantee that specific work will be completed. Since their profit is derived from how much the actual spend on materials and labor is solely at their discretion. If it aint in writing dont rely on verbal promises. The contract will read **as needed** this is no guarantee, unfortunately. Walk the roof with the contractor and itemize every single item, such as plywood to be replaced, vents to install, any flashing issues which need special attention, And any possible extra charges not stated on the original estimate. Most people do not go up on the roof after the old roof is removed, big mistake and an even bigger mistake is not getting confirmation in writing as to what work and materials will be used. Trust me when I say you will be sorry if you do not follow these suggestions.

Absolutely amazing I hired and I’m licensed roofing contractor to do my roof unknowingly and he has completely disappeared on me after a long dreadful process of discovering the fraud I found Energy roofing.
