Jason, the owner, says he did not take money for services he did not provide. My uncle hired him to put in a walk-in tub in April 2019. My uncle died on April 15, 2019. On the day my uncle died, they called to get a copy of the contract because they lost it. I told them my uncle just passed away. We were sitting in the hospital waiting for the coroner when I got the phone call. I texted him a copy of the contract and the same day Energy Savers cashed his check for $4,960. It has been over a year and no walk-in tub. His rightful heir has requested the return of the money immediately for services not provided. The BBB has sent Jason two letters and he has refused to respond. Do the right thing ethically and morally for your customer service. Return the $4,960. Thank you.

I hire Bath World, LLC(Energy Savers Of America LLc. ) 10/24/2019 the work was finished 12/3/2019. During the first rain after completion all of my gutter wasn't put back right water came over the top and around them soon after I call them today is March 6, 2020, they have not come back to repair them. Also the contract or agreement I sign was not what the work wanted to do it was a daily task to insure the agreement was kept.
