Very pleased with the finished product. The pocket door installation was very professionally done. The installer was always on time. Once he started the job, he stayed on the project â onlyâ until the job was completed (never squeezed in another job in between). Would highly recommend him.

He arrives on time, works throughout the day and cleans up better than before he arrived. His prices are exceptionally reasonable. Great personality as well. I hired this contractor to repair a leaking roof. Mr Foti said he had the skills to complete the job. He stated that he had to repair a small section of the roof causing the leak. After he completed the repairs, my roof was still leaking but this time more water was coming in after a rain storm. He returned to repair again, and place black tar on top of the shingles-he said this will fix the leak. Well it rained again, and I still had lots of water leaking. I found several independent roof inspector who looked at Mr Foti's repairs and found he did not use roofing standard or procedures and completed sloppy repairs at minimum cost, i.e. He placed garbage bags under the shingles instead of ice and water sheets; used black tar around the vent pipe and shingles which made the water backup;kept rotten plywood with two large holes instead of replacing, etc. Mr Foti did not repace the rotten wood with two holes, did not use ice and water shield sheets, tar paper was not used. After hearing all these deficiencies, I had no confidence, trust in Mr Foti, that he would have the abilities to repair a leaking roof or that he had the honesty to properly within guidelines to repair the leak. His work was under warranty and quarantied and when I requested a refund, Mr Foti refused telling me to give him a substantial money to come back to repair the roof again. Mr Foti is dishonest and unskilled in this profession and his license if he has one should be taken from him. Imagine putting garbage bags underneath the shingles instead of the correct material! Imagine leaving rotten plywood with two large holes! Imagine large patches of black tar all over the top of the roof and all the nails covered with black tar! This was very sloppy and dishonest repairs! And no one should hire this contractor! Mr Foti did not use the proper standard procedure which is customary in roof repair, he will give you a bid and request more money although he will come and evaluate the work and tell you he can repair the tasking. I would like to get my money back and Home Advisor should really evaluate this contractor's character!

He is true professional, who is very knowledgable, thorough about his work, willing and patient to communicate.
