On time, Knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me.

First of all, I want to say Susan Blase is AMAZING! I had a new HVAC system installed by Energy Services in December, 2025 because my furnace died one week before Christmas and could not be fixed. The new furnace system worked well in the cold winter months. In late April early May, 2026 when I switched to AC, the system worked fine until it didn’t. The system had been checked and cleared for AC so I had no worries. Needless to say, I was very surprised when the AC pooped out a few weeks ago on July 16, 2026. Considering this was a brand new system, I was not happy. I was very fortunate to have Susan handle this service call. She literally had to rewire my whole system because every time she repaired one thing, another fuse got tripped and the system shut down. She was persistent in her effort to get the system up and running, she was thorough in her follow through, and most of all dedicated and concerned for my satisfaction in resolving the issue. I am eternally grateful to Susan for her caring about her customer enough to make sure all glitches were checked and resolved. I highly recommend and urge that you ask for Susan when you need service.

I really love having Energy Services for both new purchases to update HVAC and setting up and receiving spring and fall maintenance for both our heating and air conditioning needs. Definitely a high quality and consumer oriented service company that has served us many years.
