Went to HomeAdvisor and they recommended 4 contractors. Only one connected with me Energy Smart. After 3 visits, 3 different techs, very bad communications, they were unable to fix my furnace and left me after I had paid them $79 for a service fee. Got a reference from a friend, who came in, and, after hooking up what Energy Smart had left unhooked, was able to fix my furnace with no problems. I have learned two important items with this project. DO NOT use Home Advisors for any project and DO NOT call Energy Smart for any work. Jim from Fresno

You don t hire a tech that takes pictures & then states it would take $600 to get part but doesn t know deliver time. He charges $69 for taking pics & did nothing!

"We are very sorry for the inconvenience sir. The technician job is to diagnose the problem, and may solve it if the malfunction is at a part which is common and the supply houses carry it on shelf. If the part needed to be ordered the technician reports back to the office and the office will order it, some parts are not in town and may not be in California and we have to get it through the original manufacturer. We are sorry that we had to go through the longest path to solve the problem."

I looked and looked for a company to repair or replace the evaporative cooler for us. This company took on the job, weâ re promptly came out, diagnosed the problems and within a few days weâ re back to replace the unit. All were very thorough and professional.

Jacob the service tech was extremely nice and friendly. He came early which was a bonus in this heat. He found the problem right away fixed it and got my air conditioner working again. I was very happy with the price more shocked than happy. Very excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend Energy Smart Engineering to family and friends.

Frank and Michael came out to repair ductwork, found the problem, didn't need ductwork. Paid only the service call and had a nice cool house for the first time in several years- in 105 degree temps, mind you. I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional and efficient. The technician Jacob knowledge was impressive. My mother passed away on July 15th and on the 17th, Jacob came out and fulfilled her last request. I would hire them again for my air conditioning needs. If I could I would give Jacob a raise!

Energy Smart Engineering was amazing. They provided a quick response and appointment. The technician ensured that I understood everything going on. He had the problem fixed quickly and didn't leave until he was sure that the problem was fixed. I would definitley recommend they to everyone.
