"Work began at end of November, and yes was completed in January as agreement stipulated. The customers removed a row of large trees in a valley in the middle of the yard. Our scope of work did not include 200 yards of fill, just excavation and backfill of the loopfield, although we did help them with both boulder and stump removal at no charge. No service requests were ever received by us. The existing FHW system was retained for cost considerations. And yes, running heat in the summer is at user discretion..."
