Steer clear of this company. They refused to repair a leak they?ve known about since their poor installation of a mini-split system 3 years ago. During one of more than 14 service visits when the system failed as a result of the leak, they made such a bad mistake that they broke the entire system, voided the manufacturer?s warranty, and were repeatedly dishonest with us about it (as verified by the manufacturer). Our system has been completely dead for nearly 6 months because of their mistakes and the manager, Josh, only returns my calls when I send him certified mail. When I do get them on the line, all they give us is another excuse. I continue to be shocked that anyone would treat people like this, let alone a paid customer when they clearly screwed up.

I attempted to work with Josh and crew but after i submitted the final payment they refused to return my call. The work remains unfinished to this day. The heating unit was installed incorrectly so that the heating bill was 5 times more expensive after the unit was installed. They damaged original wood floors. They told us they would repair them and never did. The owner sent a technician to remove the unit that we had paid for and damaged the unit. We had to purchase a whole new unit from another company to have installed.

They did a great job from start to finish. Very happy with the unit they instaled

Excellent Service. Came out Day after Christmas (Thursday) to quote project. Ever looked good and the came back on Monday to install new furnace. Crew was professional, they made sure to protect flooring and carpets upstairs and cleaned up the whole area after installation was complete. The house is now warm again, quickly done and for a fair price.

Unit does not work as advertised, none of the 5 guarantees offered were honored, owner caught in at least two lies, property damaged, basement flooded, and company not honoring service contract all within 2 months of install. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. or install it your self, you couldn't do any worse than this circus who calls them selves professional. All evidence available including text logs, photos and videos. Energy Star Services were supposed to install a Central Air system that would allow the whole house to be at a comfortable temperature. When I interviewed the owner, Josh, in my home and we got the estimate, He and I discussed the following things: - that We like to keep the whole house at 68 to 70 degrees year round (our Comfort Level) - We would need a system that was capable of having two zones and maintaining said temps - We want the ability to add a 3rd zone later as I am planning on finishing the basement of our home. - That the system needs to be cheaper to run than the four window A/C units that I am currently using and have used for the past 5 years and were completely capable of maintaining the temps mentioned above all summer long. Josh assured me that they guarantee energy savings and that it is listed on the contract I had with them. He also mentioned that the temperatures were no problem, that there were no issue with doing multiple zones, and adding the extra zone at a later date was also no problem and that he would install it for us when we were ready Their contract states the following guarantees: - Comfort Guarantee - 100% satisfaction Guarantee - Energy Savings Guarantee - Customer Respect Guarantee Their website states that they also have a Same Day A/C Service Guarantee. One Tech put a 2ft by 3ft hole in our ceiling that we had to find a contractor to fix after almost 2 weeks of asking for one from the company, and them finally sending out someone who showed up dressed in a tank top, gym shorts and flip flops, and did not act professional in any manner. He talked to my wife like she didnâ t know anything because she was a woman, and didnâ t want to do the work how we wanted it done. After he left, My wife checked his information out online and turns out he has a criminal record, and has an expired business license in Pennsylvania. Originally, Josh assured me that he and all his contractors are bonded, and it would be safe for me to let them into our home without us being there. This proves that Joshâ s assurances couldnâ t be further from the truth. Another technician removed two breakers from my breaker box, cut the leads from the wires and burred them into the box. After 3 to 4 days of torrential down pours that I discovered that one of those breakers sole purpose was to control our sump pump and our basement had been flooded. It took 2 months to get those issues resolved and we are still waiting for a check for the damages. (photos and video proof avail) Due to the unit critically failing 2 days after the install, another tech came our and pissed in a bottle in my drive way, and poured it onto my driveway and front lawn. ( I have footage avail. for proof). He discovered that the initial install of the unit was faulty and caused the emergency drain pan to fill and shut the system down. our Power usage has increased by approx. 25% since the install, which is not saving me anything. The owner lied and said he was speaking with the manufacture and the insurance company but both have confirmed with me that neither had happened at the times he mentioned or at all in the case of the manufacturer. One of their techs also crashed their van into my neighbors car. Aside from all that, the vents installed were crooked, there was drywall dust everywhere, and now I am worried that my house will catch fire because the technicians who did the install obviously had no care or con...

Rob and Josh were great. They communicated what was being done very well and cleaned up every day. They listened to my concern about losing closet space and kept it to an absolute minimum. I was completely satisfied

Service was good but did seem expensive for the short amount of time needed for the replacement part to be installed. I guess that is the nature of specialized services like that though. Brandon was great though, friendly and efficient.

The company called right away and they came out as soon as they said they would. The price was good and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
