Mason is an excellent Rep for the company. Price was fair from the start and gave us a solid warranty and product options. Scheduling was good although it got delayed 2 times due to heating emergencies while I was installing an AC in winter which wasn't an emergency - understandable. The work itself was a little shoddy and cleanup was awful. Still got dirt all over and loose wires in the attic. Support bars weren't installed - I don't know if that's needed. Recommend them overall but they need to do a more professional install job and cleanup.

The quality of work is satisfactory . Was not happy with sub contractors after Work Cleaning . The staff had to clean after them . The project was not very organized

Was looking for ordinary replacement of 21 y/o twin units A/C system. Got me State rebate for higher efficiency units. Also got me State rebate plus interest-free financing on increased house insulation. Clear info and explanation on costs, benefits and process.

100 + year old home - they came up with creative ways to vent the new AC. While I would make sure I covered everything with drop cloths before starting the work, in the end, we only had to have one place where the wall was built out a tiny bit. I was impressed. Everyone who worked in my house was polite and professional. The mess... not sure it could be controlled, but a better daily clean up could have helped a little. I'm happy in the end.

I did the NJ Clean Energy program with them. I looked at 6 other contractors and they offered the best price, best equipment, and best warranties. I'm very happy with the project and my house is definitely more energy efficient. There are still a few lingering items they need to finish up but overall I'm very satisfied.
