In my 45 years as a landlord and 30 years as a business owner, I have never dealt with a Company that is so afraid that the truth be told about their Business Practices and services. To Start with, when I signed a Contract with them for the install, I noticed a few reviews where Customers had problems with the Company using subcontractors for installs. I put a specific clause in my Contract. NO SUBCONTACTORS. Needless to say, on Installation day, a truck with Diamond Windows LLC shows up at my house. After an hour of getting an Insurance Certificate, I finally allowed them to do the work. This, of course, was a Breach of contract since it was plainly spelled out in the Contract that NO SUBCONTRACTORS were to be used. After being called a horrible, miserable person and threatened with legal action by the owner, who told me he was canceling my Written Warranty for revealing the truth about my experience with the Company, I deleted my review. Then, in May of this year, when I was able to open the Windows, I noticed my house was infested with black flying bugs. After closer examination, I found that one of the screens was defective and had a gap in the bottom right corner, and bugs were entering through the opening. I notified the Company on May 7th and was told I would have a replacement in 4 weeks. Seven Weeks went by, and I still had no screen. I called and was told it was on order and should be in any day. So much for that lip service. It is now July 19th, and I still have no screen. I spoke to them. Today, they told me the first screen came in but was defective, and they had a reship date of July 12th, but it was not shipped, and they do not know why. The crazy part about the Story is that it is a Flexsceen-branded screen that anyone can order online, and they publish a delivery time on their website of 10 15 business days. After going back and forth with the Owner about the screen, I informed him that I was going to post my honest experience with Energy Windows & Doors. The Owner again threatened me with contacting his lawyer and canceling the written warranty if I posted the truth about my experience with the Company to date. For the life of me, I cannot understand why this individual is willing to threaten people with legal action and cancel a written contract if someone wants to post the truth about dealing with his company. I am only posting the absolute truth of my experience and in no way defaming the company; I am only informing others of my true experience with this Company. In all my life, I have never done Business with any Company that demonstrated such fear of the truth of someone experience dealing with their Company. To those readers, every word I have stated is true and documented. My only advice would be to take it from someone who has had experience dealing with this Company and make your own decisions. If you want to be threatened with legal action by the Owner and cancellation of your written warranty if you dare to post the truth about your experience with this Company, by all means, go at it! If you want peace of mind and a quality replacement Window, there are lots of other Companies out there that can provide you with the Windows and Service you expect, and I doubt that you will get threatened with legal action and the cancellation of your warranty for posting your honest, actual experience with that Company. I just got a call from the owner, and you have to love this one! He will not replace my screen until I remove my post. If you want to deal with a Company like this, be my Guest!

They did great job the were honest, and they left everything cleaned after they were done.

I would highly recommend Energy Windows! I got a bay window in my living room replaced by them and they were professional and do quality work. I would definitely use them again in the future!!
