Great guy. On time and delivered the report I needed

Cecil is too old to be doing this. He is a good guy, but I could of got the same response for my problem from a licensed contractor, and it would not of cost anything.

I contracted with Cecil and he came out and reviewed the project in mid December. He has yet to get me the design even though he has promised it twice and missed both dates. He was reasonably priced, personable and seemed to know his business but he has so far not performed.

Not helpful or responsive. A waste of time and money.

Cecil came out to home on time and after reviewing the structure he was able to perform calculations on the existing deck structure and make the proper recommendations to further strengthen the deck. He followed thru in a few days with the PE stamped approval. Great job in very short time.

Cecil was a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to my request, and was available within 24 hours! He showed up on time, did great work, and had a very fair price.

Cecil is very knowledgeable and efficient, and has a vast array of experience. The end result of his recommendation for a separate entrance to the house is fantastic!

The pro I selected advertised $85 per hour; however, we were not informed that his travel time was also included in the time. He was at our home for 30 minutes. The cost was $255.

Cecil was on time and on budget. Did exactly what he said he would do - which was a simple inspection with a written report. Other's would do the inspection, but would charge extra for a written report. I did not see the good of having someone tell you the results, but to have them stand behind their work, you had to pay extra for a written report. Cecil it all - including putting it in writing!

We have an older home with lots of quirks. He was great with giving us a couple options and we will use him again for future projects.

I called Cecil to come inspect a roof truss that had been damaged and repaired. Cecil evaluated and found that the repair was structurally sounds. I called him one day, and he was here the very next day right on time. His rates are lower than a lot of engineers, but all of them are pretty pricy. All in all he responded quick, provided a detailed report, and showed up on time. Great guy.
