I had several contractors out for my new home which has a crawl space. I know nothing about crawl spaces and ESOG aas the best at helping me understand why full encapsulation and dehumidification was the way to go.

I would highly recommend Engineered Solutions of Georgia. They helped me fix an area of the house that was sinking due to settling. They showed up right on time and got to work installing helical piers under a cantilevered area on my house and within a week of my initial call the work was complete and the house was ready to sell. Great job to the entire team. I could not have asked for a better experience with what could have been very painful.

They installed 3 piers to stabilize my foundation. They installed these over the course of 2 days and explained everything from start to finish. The cost was more than expected only because the length of the piers were over 21 ft, which is an extra charge per foot per overage. Luckily, I read my contract and knew this might happen. They cleaned up the job site and I would use them again. Keep in mind that foundation work is an expense.

First, they sent a repairman, not a salesman! What an idea! He examined the problem, found the root cause and asked if I wanted the repair work done - that day! What! I didn't have to schedule two months out and take another day off work? In short order, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. The ding on value was due to the fact they have a minimum charge for repairs and our crack was only about 18-24".
