Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
I had a very unpleasant experiences with trades since moving to Alabama, (case still pending) so I was very sceptical using yet another trade and perhaps going through the same situation. But Bill passed the smell test with flying colors and has restored by trust in people once more. He was friendly yet professional, and did an excellent job too. I would use him again in a heart beat.

I would of liked to get a written estimate before the work was completed and a real receipt.

"I gave her a verbal estimate and that was agreeable to her at the time. The customer did not ask for a written estimate. As for a real receipt, they got one with my signature. It was written out on a regular piece of paper, but that is what her husband told me to do."

I'm cheap. Bill was fair. We came to a reasonable price and he did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile in helping make sure I ordered the right door with precisely the right measurements. It was a custom door for a non-standard frame and had we gotten it wrong I'd have a useless door. I don't want to spend any more $$, but if I have to... I'll call Bill!

Bill was hired to install a barn door to replace our bedroom closet door and repair tile on our master bathroom floor. Satisfying us as clients was his ultimate goal and he hit the mark. Job is still not complete. My alarm system is no longer functioning since he re-installed only half of it, the inner blinds do not operate on one side of the door.
