Well Pump Repair or Service
I received an email yesterday stating they would be here in between 8am-10am. Mr. England was here at 8am sharp. His excavating equipment was here at 8:30am and they were done by 9:30am. He gave me the piece of piping that was bad and explained that he replaced it with stainless steel. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

Charles was one of the first to respond to my enquiry. When he came out he helped me to search for the wellhead but we could not find it. After I eventually found it he rescheduled his workload to attend to our issue first as we had no running water. His team, which included his son, were courteous and professional and did an awesome job of installing the new well pump quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Charles and his team.

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
We lost water on Sunday at 2 pm. Charles called us back at 4 pm. He just finished another well replacement. He was at our house at 7 am, we had water by 9 am. Excellent work! He wore a mask, placed shoe coverings, totally professional!!

I hired this company to put in a pump after doing so my well went dry, they were suppose to credit me or pick up pump that wasn t used, never heard back! Very very poor service rip off!

"The last I heard from you and your son, Feb 15 2019 so over a year ago you were getting a new well drilled, depending on the depth you were going use the new pump I installed. I never heard back from YOU ? Until I get this bad review, I did make several trips out to your house and talked at length with realtors and potential buyer at the time ? Hope all is well but you are most unprofessional for not contacting me directly."

Had a hot water tank lead so needed a replacement right away. Charles was very responsive and made the whole process pleasant and easy, Replaced the tank that afternoon. Charles and Frank knew what they were doing for the install and were done in about an hour. Answered all my questions. Price was reasonable. Iâ m very satisfied.
