Charles’s team, including his son Chandler, responded immediately when we called them last week because we had no water. They diagnosed the problem and solved it in one day. They are a pleasure to deal with & have earned our trust for their excellent & honest work, including at a rental property where we are not onsite when they respond. Fast service including powered anode rod. Checked old rod to see how it was after 10 years. Very clean installation.

Charles and his crew were very professional and responded promptly to our request for service. They installed a new water heater the same day. Everything was fully explained from the cost to the installation process. The crew that installed the water heater were very careful and did the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. They kept us informed of arrival times and arrived when stated. We would use their services again.

"Great response time! Excellent job!" This has been my past review for the many jobs I had done by Charles and his team. Unfortunately following their last visit, I recently discovered a minor problem and sent an email to him explaining the issue. I received a heated call back from Charles accusing me of being unprofessional for not calling him instead of emailing. He would not listen to my explanation and told me he was done. My email was reasonable and explained my position clearly. For these reasons I DO NOT RECOMMEND Charles and his company any longer. It is sad, as we had a multi-year, multi-job relationship, but name calling and accusations were not necessary in this transaction. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking about working with him and for heaven's sake don't dare to email him!

Charles was very straightforward, professional and of course knowledgeable about fixing our boiler. Also was able to get our boiler replaced within a couple days! Would absolutely recommend.

Itâ s never good when your well pump fails. But Englandâ s responded early the next day with a crew who had the pump replaced in only a few hours. They did so efficiently and politely. They materials were first rate and the cost was completely and as estimated. I can recommend them without reservation.
