I had a new shower installed by another company which leaked. I contacted Jim @ Enhancements who came out and gave me a prompt estimate to replace the defective shower. i also had them do a couple of other projects. His proposal was very fair, and he got to work within a week or two of signing the contact. Jim and Ryan are both very professional as are the tradesmen they have working for them. They were neat and tidy, timely and do good work. His tilers and painters are credits to their profession. After my last experience, working with Enhancement crew was an absolute pleasure and would definitely hire them again for any other projects.

Jim was great to work with, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Clean up (eg empty tile boxes, leftover supplies) wasn't quite what we expected, but the tile job itself was excellent.

Work was performed professionally and to the design discussed.

Gave a prompt bid for the project with all material estimates involved. They were available to execute the project in a timely manner and finished on schedule. They paid attention to detail. When making the challenging repair of my home, they consulted with me to find the best workable solution. The repair was made successfully within the basic cost structure we had agreed upon.

The president of the company kept in touch with me during progress before and after work done. Good job and well done.
